2200+320/4+245/10 Two-Roller Oil-water Separation Type Aluminum Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Machine
1. Equipment use
Using continuous casting and rolling process, this line is specially for producing 8xxx, 6xxx aluminum alloy and electrical aluminum rod of diameter ø9.5, ø12, ø15mm.
2. Equipment composition
It is composed of casting machine, ingot tractor, scrolling shear, straightening machine, Induction heating (alloy rod), active spindle feeding machine, two-roller oil-water separation mill (two pass, independent drive), two-roller continuous rolling mill (10 pass, centralized drive), emulsion cooling system, gearbox oil lubrication system, quenching and forming circular plum blossom coiling take up device, electric control system. The 4+10 type continuous casting and rolling production line is an upgraded version of our company's 2+14 type (with national new patent, patent number: ZL 2017 2 1028559.0).
3. Brief process flow
Purifying aluminum liquid → Casting ladle → Horizontal casting machine → Approach bridge → Front traction → Scrolling shear machine → Straightening machine → Frequency doubling heating (used when making aluminum alloy) → Active ingot feeding → 4-pass full two roll roughing mill (with stainless steel casing) → 10-pass two roll finishing mill (with stainless steel casing) → Quenching and cooling rod plum blossom ring forming device → Rod coiling → Finished product.

5. Equipment features
The annual production capacity of the two roller rolling machine can reach 50000 tons, with a significant increase in production capacity; Only about 50% of the emulsion is used to reduce production costs; Compatible with the production of alloy rods, with a wider range of applications; The finished aluminum rod has the high elongation rate and better product quality; The two roller rolling machine has a short time for replacing the rollers, and the Y-shaped rolling mill needs to be dismantled and replaced, saving maintenance time for the two roller mill; The service life of the two roller rolling mill is longer, and fewer spare parts are used per unit output, saving the cost of spare parts consumption; Adjusting the hole pattern is more convenient and efficient than the three roller rolling mill, resulting in higher production efficiency.
